Single screw extruder is mainly used to extrude soft, rigid PVC, polyethylene and other thermoplastic plastics. It can process a variety of plastic products, such as blown film, extruded pipe, pressing plate, drawing ribbon, etc., and can also be used for melting granulation.

Single screw extruder application：
As a common extruder, single screw extruder is used in plastic processing industry.
Pipe extrusion: suitable for PP-R pipe, PE gas pipe, PEX cross-linked pipe, aluminum plastic composite pipe, ABS pipe, PVC pipe, HDPE silicon core pipe and various coextrusion composite pipe.
Plate and sheet extrusion: suitable for extrusion of PVC, pet, PS, PP, PC and other profiles and plates. Extrusion of other kinds of plastics, such as silk, sticks, etc.
Extrusion of profiles: adjusting the rotation speed of extruder and changing the structure of extrusion screw can be used to produce PVC, polyolefin and other plastic profiles. Modified granulation: it is suitable for blending, modifying and reinforcing granulation of various plastics.
