This machine is suitable for winding small and medium-sized plastic pipes. It is used together with extruder, setting table and traction machine, which makes the plastic pipe directly wound into a roll after passing through the traction machine, avoiding the inconvenience caused by not winding.
It is mainly suitable for winding aluminum-plastic composite pipe, PPR pipe, PE pipe, small hose and other pipes.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
This machine is mainly used for coiling and packaging of soft small and medium-sized plastic pipes such as HDPE, LDPE pipes, soft PVC pipes, etc.
The tension and winding speed of this machine are automatically regulated by the torque motor; when the speed of the pipe extruder is slow, the winding will slow down automatically to maintain the same torque; when the winding speed is fast, the winding will accelerate automatically to maintain the same torque
The coiler of this machine is equipped with an automatic tension device. When coiling, the air cylinder is not stressed, which can improve the service life of the air cylinder and has a high safety level. It can automatically discharge the tube coil without the need of hand pulling the tube coil.
