PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

The machine adopts needled non-woven filter material with good air permeability and high separation efficiency to separate materials and filter air, effectively preventing fine materials from entering the air pump and polluting the surrounding area.

The machine works by means of high-speed air to transport materials from the sealed pipe to the feeding body. During feeding, the air in the body is pumped out by the vortex air pump to reduce the air pressure in the conveying pipe. The materials are sucked in by the suction gun, and then reach the feeding body through the conveying hose, and separate from the materials in the body. In the set time, the time relay of the electric control box uses compressed air for automatic bag cleaning during the discharging process.

After discharging, the switch sends a signal to restart the air pump and start the next cycle of feeding.
