PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
It is a very complex processing process from PET bottle to available clean sheet. The main process is: sorting - de labeling - crushing - pre washing - main washing - rinsing - dehydration - manual sorting - finished product. To make a good product, every process is essential, which process is not good, it is impossible to make a good product.
1. There are three kinds of raw materials used in sorting pet cleaning plant: wool flake, whole bottle and bottle binding. Whether the whole bottle is used or bottled, it needs to be sorted in the early stage. Sorting is to select PET bottles of single color from the whole bottle or bottle binding, and pick out miscellaneous materials (iron, rubber, wood, rags, etc.), miscellaneous bottles (PE bottles, PVC bottles, etc.), miscellaneous bottles, etc., leaving only PET bottles of single color for the next process. If the sorting process is not well done, it will add a lot of trouble to the subsequent process, and even affect the quality of the product, and can not make a good product. At present, the sorting work in China is mainly manual sorting, which needs skilled workers to do. The newly opened cleaning plant is easy to have problems in this process, resulting in excessive product impurities and losses. There are already full-automatic sorting equipment in foreign countries, but the price is expensive, and it is not suitable for China's national conditions. Therefore, general cleaning plants do not choose to use this kind of equipment.
2. It is a very troublesome thing to de standard and de standard. The foreign technology is different from domestic technology. So far, there is no similar product like de standard machine in foreign countries. Mineral water bottle de standard machine is a small number of pet regeneration equipment invented by the Chinese people. Before 2010, there was no available de standard machine in the market, all of which were manual de standard, inefficient and difficult to manage. Now, the development speed of the de standard machine is very fast. 3. Crushing is to crush the pure PET bottle powder of single color that has been sorted into pieces. There are two kinds of dry powder and water powder. At present, water powder is used in China. The equipment is cheap, efficient and free of dust pollution. Some mills of some manufacturers have been changed to the ones with washing barrels, which can play a role of pre washing, and the effect is very good.
4. There are a lot of sand, debris, oil dirt and other spoils on the top of the pre washed wool chips. The pre washing process is to wash away the sand, debris and other easily removed impurities with water. The function of pre washing is to reduce the burden of the main washing process, reduce the amount of detergent, reduce the cost, control the pollution and improve the product quality.
5. Main cleaning is the key step of pet cleaning. In this process, cleaning agent should be used, and some processes require heating. The purpose is to wash away stubborn stains such as oil, glue and ink. The traditional technology is to use caustic soda as cleaning agent, heating to 95-98 ℃ and stirring in the mixing tank for 30 minutes to remove the oil and glue and other stains.
Now with the new equipment and cleaning agent, it can be scrubbed in the belt washer at normal or medium temperature (60 ℃), with better effect and lower cost.
6. The rinsing bottle is very clean, but there is a small amount of detergent on it, which affects the quality of the bottle. The function of rinsing is to wash off these cleaning agents, and at the same time, float off the floating material in the bottle slice.
